Beautiful views of the French Countryside from the Garden

Within the gardens and on the terrace there are good locations for private al fresco dining with a permanent BBQ close to the primary view point. The gardens are full of fruit trees with over 100 plum trees. Feel free to make all the jam you want in August.

Cuckoos and nightingales fill the air with song for most of the year, and buzzards often hunt in the corn fields below. Wild boars sometimes rummage through the woodland area in search of plums.

With ample parking space (up to 6 cars) Le Buffan stands in three acres (1.3 hectares) of grounds, primarily south facing with sun all day./

A large barn is available for storage if so desired.

Covered Terrace and BBQ Garden

Immediately outside is a covered terrace with dining facilities for 4. A short distance away is a patio with a stone built BBQ, a table for 8 overlooks the golf course. To the front of the main house is an orchard with a great variety of plum trees and other fruiting trees. A large pool area is 25 metres away. The pool house has a sink, fridge, and cooker. Beyond the pool area are large lawns and a wooded area. Surrounding the property are many tranquil views.
